Come Join Our Growing Community
The Rock School is a growing, flourishing PK-12 Christian school serving over 600 students with an additional 250+ on a waiting list. We are looking for passionate, motivated teachers to join our expanding staff in our vision “to make disciples of Jesus who possess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to courageously cooperate with God in the work of redeeming the world.”
If you’re a current or former educator from another school and you are feeling burned out, before you quit teaching, come try The Rock School. We are different.
But don’t take our word for it. Let some of our teachers tell you in their own words.

We are honored to be recognized as a Best Christian Workplace in 2025—a distinction awarded to organizations that cultivate a Christ-centered, thriving workplace culture. This recognition affirms our commitment to fostering a work environment where our staff is valued, engaged, and supported in their calling to educate and disciple the next generation. At TRS, we believe that a strong workplace culture directly impacts our students, families, and mission, and we are grateful to be part of this community of excellence.
K-12 classroom teachers must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and knowledge of the subject area. A teaching certificate is not required. Candidates must be of the Christian faith and be a faithful part of a local church. A pastoral recommendation form must be completed prior to any job offer.
Interested candidates should submit a resume or CV with an introductory email to Head of School Arica Heise at [email protected].
