Enrollment Instructions
for Accepted Students

Congratulations on your acceptance to The Rock School!
Follow these steps to finalize enrollment and confirm your seat.

Create a Parents Web Account

  1. Visit therock.school/parentsweb.
  2. Select Create New Family Online Account.
    • This is a different portal than your previously used Application account. You’ll need to create a new account to gain access.
  3. Enter TRS-FL in the District Code field.
  4. Use the email address provided on your application.
  5. Complete the steps to create your username and password. 

Log In & Access Enrollment

  1. Visit therock.school/parentsweb
  2. Log in using district code TRS-FL and your new username & password.
    • If you need help with your username or password, click on the link provided.
  3. Open the left menu and select Apply/Enroll.
  4. Select the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
    • Will open in a new tab. Check your pop-up settings if having issues.
  5. Complete all sections.
  6. Submit!
    • There is no fee or deposit due to complete enrollment. 
    • However, once an enrollment packet has been submitted, there is a contract cancelation fee due for students who wish to withdraw, for any reason.

What Happens Next?

Welcome to The Rock School! 

Now that enrollment is complete, please bookmark our Current Families page for all the information needed to get you ready for the upcoming school year, including a school calendar, uniform guidelines (K-12), K-12 & Preschool Handbooks, and more. This page will continue to be updated throughout the spring/summer.

You will begin receiving regular email communication from TRS beginning in the summer. 

If not already submitted, please be sure to send copies of your child’s birth certificate, immunizations, and physical exam to the office before August 1st.

If you haven’t already applied for a scholarship for Step Up for Students, learn more and apply at stepupforstudents.org. (grades K-12)

KEY DATES

  • November – Admissions Opens!
  • December 1 – Deadline for Sibling Early Application Window
  • January 15 – Deadline for First Round of Consideration
    • February – First round of Educational Consultation invitations sent
    • Notices of enrollment status to be sent within 2-3 weeks of your appointment
  • April 15 – Deadline for Second Round of Consideration
    • May – Second round of Educational Consultation invitations sent
    • Notices of enrollment status to be sent within 2-3 weeks of your appointment
  • May-August – Rolling admission for any remaining seats
