Christian Education for Grades 9-12

Academic Excellence with a Purpose.

As an authorized IB World School, we challenge our students with our globally respected programme known for its depth and breadth. Whether pursuing the full IB Diploma or taking selected courses, our students are prepared for the demands of higher education and recognized as distinguished candidates by top universities worldwide.

Our distinctively Christian approach integrates a biblical worldview with every aspect of our curriculum, ensuring that students not only succeed academically but also develop moral and ethical discernment. From weekly chapel services and discipleship courses to community service and missions trips opportunities, we nurture a deep-rooted faith that empowers students to live purposefully and lead confidently.

Academic Continuity

The progression from the Middle Years Programme (MYP) through to the Diploma Programme (DP) provides a consistent framework and methodology across grade levels which helps students build on a familiar educational foundation.

Expanded Opportunity

Students learn to welcome God’s providence and influence in their lives and to discover the intersection of faith and learning in every area of their studies.

A Place in Community

We are committed to an inclusive "IB for All" philosophy, aiming to ensure success for every student and family. We see others as image-bearers of God, and believe a student’s worth is not defined by a single test score.

Interdisciplinary Learning

Students are encouraged to see knowledge as an interrelated whole. The curriculum is designed to allow students to make connections between subjects and apply their understanding to solve complex problems, thereby developing their analytical and critical thinking skills.

The ATLs are designed to empower students to become self-regulated learners who can engage with complex challenges both inside and outside the classroom.

  • Thinking Skills: Students are encouraged to analyze and evaluate information, generate novel ideas, make decisions, and reflect on their learning experiences to improve understanding and personal growth.

  • Communication Skills: Students learn to express themselves clearly and confidently in more than one language and in a variety of ways.

  • Social Skills: Students develop empathy, understand group dynamics, and learn to collaborate and resolve conflicts.

  • Self-management Skills: Students manage their own learning and well-being through time management, goal-setting, personal organization, resilience, and mindfulness.

  • Research Skills: Students learn to locate, evaluate, and synthesize information from a variety of sources.

In the final year of the MYP, students undertake the Personal Project, which allows them to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they have acquired throughout the programme. This long-term project is an opportunity for students to explore an area of personal interest in depth, fostering independent learning and self-management skills which results in a process journal, a final product and a written report that stems from their own initiative and creativity.
